Shipping policy
Order Processing
Houston Dash Shop processes all orders between 10:00 am and 5:00 pm (CST), Monday through Friday.
Most orders will be processed within 1-3 business days but we set a standard order processing allowance of approximately 5-7 business days; during periods of peak order volume, this processing time may extend up to 10 business days.
For orders that contain a customized jersey with a name and number, all items in your cart will ship together approximately 2-3 weeks after your order is processed.
If your circumstances or expectations require an expedited timeframe, please contact us as soon as possible at contact@houstondashshop.com to inquire about feasibility.
Standard Shipping*
Houston Dash Shop uses Shopify's UPS or USPS services for all standard, domestic shipments.
* Shipments cannot be sent to PO Boxes or Military APO/FPO addresses.
International Shipping Policy
We are now shipping internationally! International orders may be shipped with other shipping services other than those utilized for our standard shipping.
Please note that Houston Dash Shop is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
